Day by day
Day 1Arrival in Arusha▾
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Meet your safari guide and transfer to your hotel in Arusha. Briefing about the safari ahead.
Day 2Arusha to Tarangire National Park▾
Drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Full day game drive exploring the Tarangire River ecosystem.
Day 3Tarangire to Serengeti National Park▾
Depart for the Serengeti via the Great Rift Valley. Enter through Naabi Hill Gate with game viewing en route to your accommodation in the Seronera valley.
Day 4Full Day Serengeti Game Drive▾
Explore the Serengeti plains with morning and afternoon game drives. Search for the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. Visit the Seronera River for hippo and crocodile sightings.
Day 5Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater▾
Morning game drive in the Serengeti, then drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Afternoon at leisure on the crater rim with spectacular views.
Day 6Ngorongoro Crater and Departure▾
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive — one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five in a single day. Return to Arusha for your departure.
